Vacation Time

The Boy and I were finally able to take a long weekend and get away from it all.  This was actually our first vacation together and it was much needed.  We spent the weekend at Wintergreen Resort, right outside of Charlottesville, VA.  We had a great time and it was so peaceful and relaxing.  I got some great shots of nature.  Loved it!


Our room looked out directly to the 18th hole of the golf course.

The living room had this beautiful painting.  I couldn't stop staring at it and really wanted to take it home with me.

The resturant also looked out directly to the 18th hole.  This is right during sunset.  So pretty!

I really liked the colors of these flowers in front of the spa.

It got really foggy towards the end of the trip.  You couldn't see the golf course, only the fog and trees.

On the way home, we stopped at James Madison University to visit Jimney's Alma Mata.
